We understand that sometimes you may wish to return an online purchase. If the item is returned within 15 days, in the original state; unworn outside, in new condition, and with all packaging (box and tags) we will exchange or refund. 

On the rare occasion an item is faulty as per the NZ consumers guarantee, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
