We will champion your cause if a claim has to go back to the importer.


All goods sold online or in store are covered by the consumers guarantee act. Goods are guaranteed as not faulty and fit for purpose. Being fit for purpose means if we sell you a running shoe it must be fit for running. A running shoe is not fit to be used as a skateboarding shoe and is not covered by the Consumers guarantee, unless the seller recommended them as suitable. On the rare occasion an item is faulty as per the NZ consumers guarantee, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded. 


We understand that sometimes you may wish to return an online purchase. If the item is returned within 15 days, in the original state; unworn outside, in new condition, and with all packaging (box and tags) we will exchange or refund.

In-store we back our skill, and ability to find the best shoe to match your individual requirements. If our recommendation is taken we support you with a 30-day 360°Fit guarantee. 

Our 360°Fit guarantee is provided free as part of our in store experience and allows you to exchange your shoes once if required. This is done by returning to the store.
