I would like to thank Sam Pritchard for his help and extremely good service he gave me on the 19-08-15 at the Mt Eden shop. With a very busy time in the shop and the only person on the floor he managed his time with all the customers in the shop respectfully and professionally. Thank you Sam for your advice and patience.

My physio suggested a visit to your store to get walking shoes to help correct my fallen instep. I am very impressed with the kind, caring and professional manner in which Sharon served me. It was no trouble to try several pairs to get the right one for me. Also I'd never come across videoing someone's walk to make sure all points of the foot were correct.

Just wanted to say, what a brilliant website, business and service. How fantastic is it that I can ring up Albany, speak to an amazing guy, Paul, who brings up my details from my last pair I bought in 2009 (!) and suits me to my new running shoes. The perfect service in my point of view. I live up in Russell and don't get down to Auckland much, so to be able to do this, is just fantastic.

THANK YOU SO MUCH, A very happy customer!! It would be great to be able to buy online some running gear, i.e., shirts, shorts etc ... hope thats to come. Cheers

The service received from Charl was right at the top !! .... Immediate attention on a very busy Saturday ..... Plenty of valuable information and clear intelligent answers to a lot of questions.

Bought Brookes Adrenalin yesterday and back next week for the NB Minimus to start the transitional experiment.

I just wanted to give you some positive feedback on one of your sales associates at your Albany store.

I used to be a National Sales Manager for a NZ based retail organisation so I understand the many challenges of finding invested, motivated and engaged team members. I often find myself walking out of stores incredibly frustrated due to disengaged staff that don't both to try and engage the customer and if they do rarely do they listen so to leave your store yesterday after being served by Livvy was a real surprise and absolute pleasure.

She greeted me within 10 seconds of entering the store, asked me how my morning had been and leveraged this information to create a non selling discussion to build rapport and make me feel at ease, she established my needs, listened carefully as I am undergoing foot and knee rehab. Livvy then explained what your in-store technology does and had me running up and down the store in bare feet, established my price range ($170-250) and what sort of sock (thickness) I run in before putting me into a neutral trainer with my orthotic, repeating the process of recording me run and then moving me into a mild support shoe and recorded this at which point she was happy with how things looked on the video.

Throughout the entire process she kept the technical conversation at a level that I could easily understand and follow and also maintained her rapport by keeping the original non selling conversation rolling through the process too.

I simply cannot praise the level of service and knowledge that I received today. If I had dedicated talent such as this when I was an NSM then my life would have been far less stressful. Please see that this feedback reaches Livvy (and maybe a bottle of wine) and also the highest levels within the company as both positive and negative feedback help organisations grow, however it is often the latter that is received so this should be a good start to the week.

I just want to share with you how great your staff member, Veronika at Mt Eden was yesterday. I recently bought a pair of trailwalker shoes last Friday which alas did not suit my foot as I'm in training for the Oxfam 100km Trailwalk in Taupo. Veronika showed us a great array of shoes that would suit my needs and was very patient.

Today I've trialled the second pair of shoes that I chose yesterday and they are great, have just walked Mt Eden in them, no blisters to be seen - yay and my toes are great.

I went to Shoe Science Takapuna yesterday and as always, was served by a very competent and friendly shop assistant who I now know was Dean. He was very knowledgeable about the various types of shoes and what suit and doesn't suit me. I tried on a pair that was too big for me and he was great in making other recommendations and trying to source the shoes from another store. He truly went the extra mile but he was so easy going he didn't make me feel like I was asking too much. The computer system you have in the store is great as he and others who had served me before were able to call up my details and history on the spot and I didn't have to repeat myself. It’s a great feeling to go to a shop and feel that people are genuinely interested in making your visit a great experience. Thank you Shoe Science.

Just a quick note to say Rochelle was a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service and knowledge. We will be back this weekend come (Saturday if she is working) to purchase another pair of shoes.
