Correctly selected shoes are so important for healthy, growing feet. Our special Kids and Students Subsidy is available to all kids and students, from our smallest sizes to those in their last year of school and the bigger kids at University or Tech College(*).

What you can buy, and what you can save

We have a wide range of shoes for youngsters, including casual shoes and sports shoes for running, hockey, netball, cross-training, tennis, school shoes and football boots.

Shoes for the under 11’s start at $79 for the New Balance 508; a great light weight tough shoe.  With Kids and Student Subsidy that price comes down to $59!
 

 

Why a Kids and Students Subsidy?

We have taken this initiative for two reasons: 

1. To provide support to the families who choose SHOE SCIENCE.  We appreciate that providing good footwear for children is not a cheap option.
2. It is really important for growing feet to be in the right shoes at school, on the street and on the sports grounds.

Good shoes that are correctly fitted will facilitate the foot developing correctly, protect the growing foot and help minimise injuries. Longer term, if you get the footwear right in the first 18 years, a lot of adult problems are avoided. 

And if you have any ambitions for your kids to excel at their favourite sport then correctly fitted footwear is simply essential!
